Time to Spice things up

            Okay, so it’s been a little while since my last blog, but it’s been a crazy busy week. I’ll try and rehash what’s been going on the last week and a half, but it hasn’t been anything too exciting.

            Last week after we got home from Barcelona it was all the dorm students last week of Italian classes. We were all pretty pumped about that so this week we had much more free time to do other things and get homework done earlier, which was nice. I do feel bad for the home stay students that still have another four weeks of classes, but what can you do.

            Nothing really too exciting happened last week, just classes as usual, but we got snow towards the end of the week. Our trip to Tuscany got postponed till this weekend because everyone around here was freaking out. We barely got any snow, but they haven’t had snow in like 27 years so it was a big deal around here. Because our trip was cancelled I only had two days of classes this week, which was really good to catch up on some stuff. The Super Bowl was last Sunday, where sadly the patriots came up a little short. I won’t say too much about it cause I could go on for days because it was so upsetting, but they should be even better next year though so we’ll see what happens.

So it’s Friday now and we leave Sunday morning for Siena then come back Tuesday afternoon. I only have two classes on Wednesday next week because of the way our schedules got moved around, but I’m not complaining. We’ve been trying to figure out a place to go next weekend because a lot of us have Thursday-Sunday off, but all the prices to the places we want to go to are through the roof.

I’m saddened to say that that is all for now, nothing too exciting has been going on of late. February is kind of a slow month, but we have a ton planned for March; London and Prague for spring break, then Paris the next weekend, etc. so future posts will be more exciting. Hopefully the Tuscany trip will be a lot fun, which I assume it will so that will spice things up a bit. I need to do a better job remembering little things that happen because I always mean to blog about them, but end up forgetting. Don’t worry though I’ll do my best to remember all of Tuscany for you guys.
